The Isle of Wight

Accomodation and Things to do

The Isle of Wight (IOW) is located in The English Channel, between 3-5 miles off the south coast of mainland England. It is reachable by boat.  The Island is 23 miles from east to west and 13 1/4 miles from north to south, meaning if you have a car you could choose to stay anywhere on the IOW and visit BrainBodySense.

If you are using public transport or taxis you may wish to consider staying in Ventnor or close by.

Things to do

The Isle of Wight has been a popular tourist destination since Victorian times, when it was visited for it's mild climate and good air. There is something for everyone all year round.
